Management:
We undertake a weekly check of your property which includes:
- Security check
- Service check, i.e. gas, electricity & water meter readings
- Mail uplift
- Monitor laundry and cleaning services
- Maintenance report (we will advise on any repairs/maintenance and arrange for the work to be carried out)
- Garden/pool report
- Monthly report sent to all owners
Additional Services:
- Fully prepare property for owners and guest's visits, including airing property, heating in the winter, making up beds, shopping etc.
